DR. MELISSA RASBERRY is a Senior Technical Assistance Consultant for the American Institutes for Research (AIR), in this role, Melissa oversees the planning and execution of numerous projects that promote digital learning and connectivity for students and educators. Prior to joining the staff at AIR, Melissa supported community and organizational networking at the Center for Teaching Quality and served as a third grade teacher and principal intern at two diverse elementary schools in Durham, NC.

While completing graduate work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Melissa taught two courses in the school's undergraduate elementary education program (Learning and Development in the Elementary Classroom; and Culture, Society, and Teaching). Her areas of interest span the teaching continuum, from recruitment and preparation to compensation and retention. Melissa holds an Ed.D. in educational leadership from the University of North Carolina of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

ANNA KENION is the mother of 3 children- Jordan, Kenyon, and Nina. She has a Bachelor’s in Social Work from NC A&T State University.  She has been employed at the Orange County Health Dept as a Case Manager/Social Worker for over 16 years. She is a member of Union Grove Baptist Church  in Hurdle Mills, NC and very active in the Youth Missionary dept.  Her interests include dancing, reading, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and socializing.

Ms. Kenion is a strong believer in giving back to her community through voluntarism. She serves on the Northern Orange Educational Task Force.

QUANTÁ HOLDEN is a the Web and Communications Specialist for the English Department at Duke University, where he is responsible for the creation and management of a diverse array of digital projects that further the department's goals and branding.

Quantá is a proud graduate of CB Aycock High School and Kenan-Flager Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a BS in Business Administration and minored in Advertising. In addition to his undergraduate degree, he holds graduate certificates in Web Development from East Carolina University as well as Technology and Communication from UNC-Chapel Hill. He obtained his Masters of Arts in Technology and Communications at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

SUSAN GRAVELY  is Chairman & CEO of VIETRI Inc., a wholesale company of Italian handcrafted dinnerware, home and garden accessories. With its main distribution center in Hillsborough, NC. VIETRI was founded in 1983 by Lee Gravely and her daughters, Susan and Frances after a family trip to Italy where they fell in love with the colorful hand painted Italian dinnerware on the Amalfi Coast.  s largest Italian importing company in the tabletop industry.

Susan attended Salem College and holds a BA in Education and an MS in Recreational Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Susan sits on the Rocky Mount Cord Company Board of Directors, Advisory Board for VISION, Advisory Board for SunTrust Bank in the North Carolina Eastern Region and the Women’s Leadership Council at UNC in Chapel Hill. VIETRI is active with Hospice and many other local non-profit organizations.

In 2002, Susan became an Honorary Citizen of the town of Nove, Italy.  In 2003, she was the recipient of the Salem  College Distinguished Alumni Award and was named the Entrebizneur of the Year by North Carolina Business Leader Magazine in 2004.  In 2008, Susan was a finalist for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2012, she was honored at the Festa
dei Ceri in Gubbio, Italy as an honorary citizen. She is a frequent guest speaker and panel participant at Business Schools of UNC - Chapel Hill, Duke University and other universities and organizations in the area.  She was the keynote speaker at the Atlanta Southern Women’s Conference in November 2010.  Susan is married to Bill Ross and has two stepdaughters.  Her favorite things in life are her family, her home, her friends – and VIETRI!

BRITNI COBLE is a Client Marketing Manager at Allscripts where she’s responsible defining and executing the client engagement marketing strategy for their Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution. She previously spent 12 years at IBM, in Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Integrated Supply Chain. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina's MBA program, where she focused her studies on Marketing and Brand Management. She also earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Hampton University. Britni is a member of the Triangle American Marketing Association and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of today's younger generation.
